Iam adynamic and motivated individual with strong teamwork skills

and excellent interpersonal abilities. I have experience in sales and

café service, which has allowed me to develop organizational skills

and the ability to work under pressure. Versatile and curious, I enjoy

learning and adapting to new situations. I am fluent in Arabic and

proficient in French and English. My hobbies, such as traveling and

sports, reflect my open-mindedness and passion for challenges.

Currently pursuing a degree in English studies, I am eager to

my professional experience has given me strong skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork. I worked as a magazine salesperson, where I learned how to assist customers, manage sales, organize shelves, and handle stock. My experience in a café helped me develop the ability to work under pressure, manage orders and payments, and collaborate effectively with a team.

I also gained valuable experience at Rabat-Salé Airport, where I guided passengers, followed safety procedures, and communicated with people from different backgrounds. These roles have made me adaptable, organized, and able to work confidently in fast-paced environments.

In my perspective, my educational background has helped me build strong communication and language skills. I earned a Baccalaureate in Literature, which strengthened my writing, analysis, and understanding of languages. I also studied English Studies at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences in Rabat, which improved my English level and deepened my interest in communication and cultural understanding.
