After graduating in 2018, I spent a couple of years working in Sales for startups in France, mainly as a Business Developer, partnering with big companies (key accounts) in order to help transform their employees' work environment, seize a new market opportunity /solve a problem and succeed in their Digital Transformation.
After that, I dived into a new adventure within a global BPO company that focuses on key industries and their challenges. Currently, I help design and sell solutions for Customer Relationship Management/ Outsourcing to international accounts (many of them blueprint companies from CAC 40, NASDAQ100, Fortune500, etc ) with the aim of creating a great Customer Experience and Satisfaction.
