 Act as the Key finance partner with operational team and manage, develop and motivate direct reports.
 Ensure compliance with the framework service agreement.
 Develop Quarterly forecasts & annual budgets.
 Track risks & opportunities to the forecast each month & develop clear variance analysis of actuals to forecast.
 Responsible for monthly closing process which include but not limited to accuracy of reporting revenue, cost, margin, AR, G&As, and other journal entries as needed.
 Create, implement and share models and KPIs to provide guidance to the program team as needed and ensure business targets are measured & achieved such as DSO, ETC, Unbilled labor/subcontracts, projects in watch and at-risk list, etc...
 Supports ad-hoc requests and act
