I enriched my professional experiences through internships in different companies. In my first internship, I had to handle a project of managing the workplace accident procedure in the HR department and the health and hygiene department in ABC (Atlas Bottling Company) Coca-Cola. In my second internship at Cablerías Tanger (Cablerías Group), I carried out various HR functions. This training helped me to develop time management skills, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and results-oriented skills. All team members appreciated very much my work and motivation.

I have achieved a Distinction Master of Science in Human Resource Management (Total credits: 180, Total mark: 70 Distinction) from Cardiff Metropolitan University. My Master’s dissertation was about: The well-being of Morrocan HR professionals in the industrial sector (Dissertation mark: 75 Distinction). I attained 2:1 in my bachelor's degree. During my studies and especially in my dissertation (Distinction mark), I have acquired many academic skills including analyzing, critical thinking, determination, teamwork and collaborating with the team members to reach a certain goal, tolerating and accepting each other, and strengthening my public speaking skills through performing diverse assignments, presentations, and reports with detail oriented to deliver results on time.
