I am the one who always makes the people I work with look good no matter what the circumstances are, as well as for the companies that I worked for. I always make sure that we could work as a team and if someone is falling below and losing the proper standard I will make sure we look good again. I never took credit for other people's ideas, because I can contribute with my own ideas, that’s the reason I have had the respect of all the people that I’ve met, and who crossed my path, and with that, I'm also developing my communication skills. I worked hard in order to let them see that I was worth the risk. I didn’t let them down for sure and I’m ready to give the references if needed.

I was in charge of the Market and sales in a general trading company based in Dubai and as a contractor, where I had to travel through all 7 cities around the United Arab Emirates on daily basis to negotiate new contracts with different well-known companies, where I increased the company's sales up to 23% within the first 3 months (based on 2011 calculations). I am a person who is able to put myself into the clients' shoes by following and respecting the chain of command as well as the new processes I have to follow with. I can easily deal with guests from different nationalities, speak clearly, and give proper instructions in English or Arabic in a high negotiation standard practice.

I’ve gained some valuable experiences and a wide range of skills within key markets such as retail, Real-estate, General Trading, Construction Engineering, and Hospitality businesses and currently working as a Senior Reservation Agent in OTA (Online Travel Agency). I can certainly work very well under pressure as well as I'm a quick learner when it comes to new procedures, systems, and methods of any other business segments.
