My name is Hamza Rmou and I am a current MA student. I am actively seeking job opportunities where I can utilize and develop my skills while balancing my academic pursuits.

In 2022, I had the chance to be in an international conference as a meeting room attendant for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development which was held in Morocco for the first time. My main job was to greet and respond to consumer inquiries, engage in the event's planning and organization, facilitate the mobility of individuals within buildings, deliver items around the building, and assist the technical team in the preparation of online meetings. It was such an amazing experience as I got to witness firsthand the workings of such a significant organization, and interact with professionals from all around the world. Additionally, being a part of the conference gave me insights into how different countries collaborate to tackle financial and economic challenges.

My previous experience as meeting room attendant helped in my next job as a logistics team leader for Moroccan Youth International Model United Nations Conference in Marrakesh where I was tasked with managing a team of logistics staff who were responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the conference. It was a challenging but rewarding experience, as I had to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure that everything was in place for the conference participants.
