-Receiving in the Property Management Office ,receive all expendable supplies and non expendable property for residences and offices for DOS and other ICASS agencies at post. 

-Work with considerable autonomy in scheduling work and duties. 

-Provides assistance to other Property Management and Warehouse staff. 

-Travel to the Warehouse on a regular basis and to the Consulate as needed. 

-Receiving items, work closely with shipping and procurement sections, receive all good purchased via sea air, using government funds for ICASS agencies, this is done at the warehouse and post as required. 

-Prepares the official record of receipt using ILMS final receipt module, obtain the signature of accountable property officer on the receiving report, and maintains the receiving files. 

-Provide procurement invoices to accountant for payment. 

-Assign property barcodes as required places them on property in pre-determined locations so that conformity in barcode placement is maintained in order to facilitate physical inventories. 

-Ensure that all goods received are in conformity with purchase order in terms of description. 

-During the auctions: calling all the winning bidders, coordinate their access and payment, working diligently with the FMO section to get all the bill of sales and necessary documentation signed. 

-Acts as sub cashier by handling petty cash for GSO Section: Provides cash advances for official goods and or services as authorized by GSO and Post’s FMO 

-Prepares replenishment vouchers for all GSO petty
