Hiba Zardoune

My name is Hiba Zardoune, I'm from Morocco. 
I got recently graduated in a trainee formation as Educator Specialized in Early childhood for 2 years, I got my degree since August 2021. 
I had two years experience in some preschools and nursery. 
I do speak various language, French, English, Japanese, Arabic.

Giving the best development for children is my first priority, through patience, generosity, confidence and the way to always keep smiling.
The happiness of children has a very big place in my heart. I want to develop a positive climate towards all children, encouraging children to use their imagination to collaborate as much as their questions and answers represent a gift to me.
My mission is above all to give the children a reason to love school and meet their needs, improve the intellectual and emotional side, and lead children in a positive and creative way for a better education.
My role and responsibility as an educator of early childhood are ensuring the children are learning, ensuring the other teachers doing their jobs, ensuring parents are happy with their child's education, ensuring my school is a place of comfort for students, and lastly, ensuring that I'm doing my job of being the best educator for my students.

I started the formation since 2019 to 2021 of Education specialized of Early childhood, 
I chose that formation due to my big passion about the world of children, the formation gave me the opportunity to experience many internships in Preschool and Nursery. 
The two years of the field in Early childhood was wonderful, I was able to develop all the necessary qualification of an Educator of Early childhood.
