April 2017 Supply chain Manager – AGC Morocco – KENITRA : 

Missions : 

• Management of global supply chain strategy and operations (suppliers, production, customers) ;
• Design and put in place KPI reporting to insure close monitoring for all supply chain activities ;
• Procurement and suppliers Management for all needs of the company ; 
• Purchasing Management: sourcing localization, supplier contracts negotiation, lead cost improvement consignment stock implementation, price optimization for local suppliers ... etc ;
• Planning activity Management : workforces, load / capacity, availability of materials, demand ... etc ;
• Transport management : cost optimization, premium frights reduction, crisis management …etc ;
• Packaging and warehouses management: lead packaging and warehousing strategy to insure the performance and cost targets ;

April 2014 to March 2017  Logistics Manager - ALSTOM – FES : 

Missions : 

• Transport and packaging management : packaging loop management, EU Warehouse subcontractors; 
• Management of supply chain performance from suppliers to customers (KPI: OTIF, working capital,..);
• Inventory & flows management: flows of material  and information ( QAD as ERP management tool ) ;
• Purchasing Management: pricing management and negotiations, suppliers panel development (400 suppliers, 95% overseas) , supplier specifications and contracts ... etc .
• Management of Production Planning (workforces, load / capacity, availability, materials ... etc. ) ;
• Integration of new products, projects and modifications ;

Achievements: 

• Successful integration of purchasing activity in Morocco plant;
• Put under control inventory accuracy (0.5% of discrepancy vs 6% before);
• OTIF back on target (95% vs 80% before);

From May 2011 to March 2014 – logistics flows responsible  - SNOP - Tanger .

Missions:

• Management of logistic Teams ( 40 people) and equipments (20 handling machines) in  SAP environment  ERP ;
• Supply Management for the factory (60 suppliers, 2M € / week) ;
• Planning and scheduling of production (long and short term planning);
• Management and inventory optimization, square meter  and flows  optimization;
• Integration of new projects and management of stop - starts items;
• Management of shipping platform (800 finished goods) ;
• Follow up of supplier specifications and contracts with subcontractors; 

Achievements: 

• Successful start-up phase of the plant (Establishing the logistics activities) .
• Hiring and training of logistics teams.
• Reduced inventory levels (from € 3.4m to € 1.8m ).
• Design of logistics processes of planning, procurement and shipping.
• Optimization of plant space and flows to integrate new projects without building investment ( storage optimization , outsourcing of non- value added activities , partnerships establishing .. ).

From 12/2009 - 04/2011 : responsible for logistics activity - Renault Techno - Center 

Missions:

• Manage the design of logistics supply chain of components with suppliers;
• Manage the logistics investments for the project mounting of vehicle Tangier € 6M ;
• Design of logistics systems : calculation of surfaces , men power calculation ;
• Development of transportation case studies and best packaging solutions: make or buy studies, technical choice ... etc ;
• Contribute  in the development of plant layout and logistics flows (with performance and ergonomic) ;

Achievements: 

• Ensure the start timing of the project.
• Database of calculating transport and packaging costs.
• Optimization of 50% of the logistics cost of lodgy (packaging and transport solutions,  suppliers logistics terms). 
• Optimization of logistics investments by 30% ( € 4.3 million spent € 6M expected).

08/2008 - 12/2009 : logistics project leader - Renault (SOMACA) 

• Management of the project in global (cost, quality and planning) ;
• Lead the lay-out and  activity implementation of logistics platform for MPR market ;
• Establishment of process of repackaging  (packaging design, safety and performance constraints,..) ;
• Managing the budget of investment of the project ;
• Design and implementation of the flows from production areas for all parts of MPR needs ;
• Design and implementation of the flows between the plant and customer locations ;
