During March 2023 to July 2023, as a Data Scientist and Data Engineer at ToumAI Analytics in Rabat, the internship focused on establishing data collection pipelines through web scraping and automating CI/CD processes. The objectives also encompassed developing data analysis systems capable of handling multiple languages using subject and sentiment detection modules. Techniques employed included data collection using Selenium, logistic regression for language identification, bag-of-words approach for sentence vectorization, sentiment analysis utilizing fine-tuned BERT, and topic modeling through BERTopic.

From June 2021 to September 2021, at IT ADVISOR in Kenitra, work involved creating an attendance marking system through photo capture and analysis. The system utilized a model trained on employee and non-employee images to determine whether the person before the camera was an employee or not. This information was then used to control a smart door. Python's Request API facilitated communication, and a Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) model was employed.

For the Master's graduation project, the focus was on extracting insights from complex datasets in medicine, biology, and finance using Topological Data Analysis (TDA) instead of traditional mathematical modeling and clustering techniques. The Giotto-tda Python library was utilized to analyze high-dimensional data sets, revealing clusters, holes, voids, and their changes at various scales.

The Bachelor's graduation project centered on creating a real-time facial mask detector using convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and transfer learning with the MobileNet model. This detector had the capacity to identify correct mask usage, improper usage, and the absence of masks. TensorFlow and OpenCV libraries were employed for this project.
