Kelly Nault

My name is Kelly Nault and I am a highly-skilled CELTA certified ESL/EFL teacher. I have been teaching English at the American Language Center for the last 7 years in Tetouan, Tangier, and Casablanca, Morocco. 

Over the past 7 years, I have taught Young Learner (ages 5-14) and Adult (ages 15+) English classes to a wide range of English learners from absolute beginners to advanced and business professionals while also leading teams focusing on curriculum development and assessment creating.  I also successfully ran two workshops at the Annual All-ALC TEFL Conferences in Tangier and El Jadida, Morocco.

Moreover, I am adept in learning style assessments and Individualized Lesson Plans (IEP’s). My on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate communication and analytical skills. In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have a solid educational foundation and a passion for education. 
 

 I have a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in political science from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. I received my CELTA certificate in 2016 from International House Seville and I am a second-year Master's of Teaching English as a Second Language student enrolled in a hybrid (mixed online and in-person) program at the School for International Training in Vermont which I anticipate to finish in May 2022.
