Marwa Dahsat

I'm about to graduate with a BA in English literature, and I've also worked in the retail industry for about two years. My most significant and long-lasting experience was as an account manager for Virgin Megastore Company. I shaped up my skills in customer service, business-to-consumer, and other soft skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem solving. I'm open to learning new things and developing my abilities. I like facing new challenges every day and having the luxury of resolving them. I'm a self taught graphic designer, i can work with similar software. I'm familiar with office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

I started working as an animatrice or promoter early in 2018 and worked with different brands for short-term contracts, each lasting for one month. But the most time I spent working with a single brand was Gilette. In 2021, I began my most professional experience among the ones I had before, as an account manager. I had additional tasks than I used to, which allowed me to broaden my range of skills. In 2022, due to my interest in such environments, I took a training course in a call center.

I obtained my baccalaureate in 2018 in literature and human sciences. The rest of my time at university has been spent studying for my BA in English literature. It's good to mention that I studied linguistics too and opted later for literature. Although I still study, which will be over by 2023, it didn't stop me from building a professional resume.
