Since Jul 2022: PRODUCTION RESPONSIBLE: Lear Corporation

❖ Manage production team (6 Supervisors, 29 Team Leaders & 950 workers) to achieve prescribed KPI’s.

❖ Ensure that the production process meet the company standards in term of safety, quality, ….

❖ Lead the project meeting with the concerned departments to treat in daily basis the KPI’s, Certifications Audit, ….

ACHEIVEMENTS:

❖ Increase the efficiency of X82 lines from 59% à 103%.

❖ Success the transfer and rump up of X82 PDB project and reach 91% Efficiency.

Aug.21 To Apr.22: PRODUCTION Manager (CUT-LEAD PREP): SEWS

❖ Manage production team (4 Shift leaders, 6 supervisors, 15 Team Leaders & 420 workers) to achieve the KPI’s.

❖ Lead the daily meeting to deal with KPI’s gap.

ACHEIVEMENTS:

❖ Reduce the technical assets downtime by 60% by leading a special action plan

❖ Reduce the assembly line stoppage due to missing wires and subassembly by 40%

2019 To 2021 PRODUCTION RESPONSIBLE: TE Connectivity

❖ Manage the production team (3 Shift leaders, 15 zone leaders and 400 workers) to achieve the KPI’s target.
