I worked at Dell Technologies as a n English Speaker Customer Care Specialist from February 2018 til October 2019 , and then worked as Customer Care Freelancer from December 2019 till May 2021 and then joined Intelcia as a Customer Care Agent from June 2021 till now.

I got my Master Degree in International Business from ESCA école de management in Casablanca from 2012 till 2017.

I went on an exchange semester to Germany in 2015 and studied for 6 months at ISM Business School in Dortmund.

I went again on an exchange semester to South Korea in 2016 and studied for 6 months at the National University of Pukyong
