Lead the execution of the agreed transfer & new project implementation plan.
➡Lead & establish with colleagues in Germany regular meetings to discuss the plan of new & transferred projects (Master Data, tooling, Equipments, Raw materials,.).
➡Track transfer & new project implementation action plan from initiation until execution and customer approval according to the defined timeline.
➡ Prepare & follow up the (ramp up + Hiring) plan with Manufacturing team till reach the productivity target for all projects launch.
➡ Lead & follow up the Engineering Change Request with engineering team.
➡Ensure timely information / escalation in case of bottlenecks and prepare pragmatic action plans / proposals for management approval.
➡Collaborate very closely with all operations teams on the transfer of tools, processes, and implementation of new products.
➡Regularly reporting to Management on a weekly basis.Project Leader (transfer & NPI )
