Omar AHMADOUN, 23 years old from Chefchaouen. I am a junior logistician, studied Port Logistics and International Transport. I hold a fundamental degree in economics: economics and management.

I have been a volunteer in a rural tourism association. currently, I was vice-president in a cooperative in the same field (tourism). I worked as operations manager, and as logistic customer support. My experiences have allowed me to be flexible and to have a better adaptation with different cultures, as well as a sense of responsibility, teamwork, decision-making, and networking.
I am fluent in both French and English, Arabic is my mother tongue.

• Informer les clients des retards potentiels et des actions correspondantes mises en place pour les minimiser.

• Valider les commandes DRP et les plans d’approvisionnement client

• Traiter les demandes clients (avance, Report, Annulation, Meilleurs Délais,...).

• Anticiper et suivre vos portefeuilles.

• Analyser les OTD clients.
