i worked as sales assistant for 2 years  and than as a  call center agent for 1 year

as sales assistant  my task   was to Answer customers’ questions about specific products ,

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

as call center agent my task was to answer incoming costumer calls, processing sales, and accepting payment for product and services and Follow up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the product
