Oussama Agba

I have master’s degree in civil engineering industries and more than six years of experience in the construction materials testing industry and management of concrete plant on-site as well as in concrete production facilities. As a member of the TGCC staff, I am responsible for coordinating and completing on-site managing concrete production plant. As engineer field inspector and quality control with LP3E and SGTM/LPEE, I was completing on-site inspection and observation of castin-place and precast concrete placement and reinforcement steel as well as earthwork observation and compaction using nuclear gauge. Also concrete and HMA field and laboratory testing, and soil gradation, classification, and proctor. I am responsible for mentoring and training junior field technicians.

As Superintendent I am responsible of on-site concrete plant, I am supervising and handling concrete production and delivery, as well as supplies materials, for various projects in Morocco wide: Agadir, Rabat, Tanger…..

I Performed, monitoring, and testing during earthwork, observing the excavation and fill placement, sampling, describing, testing soil, and running density testing as well as field observation, testing, sampling, reinforcement steel, and in-cast concrete placement inspection

As Quality Assurance manager, for Azbane tunnel project I run multiples testes in LPEE lab in Casablanca Morocco on concrete super-pave HMA as well as aggregates classification and proctor determination to guarantee compliance with project specifications.
