Salwa Bouhlal

As a rigorous and motivated junior legal professional, I hold a dual academic background in Business Law and International Relations. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree specializing in Business Law and Litigation, while also holding a Master’s in International Studies and Diplomacy, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law.

My academic and professional journey has enabled me to acquire strong expertise in private law, corporate law, and commercial and real estate litigation. I have a particular interest in dispute resolution, contract negotiation, and legal issues with an international dimension.

I previously served as a business lawyer, where I contributed to drafting legal instruments, conducting legal research, and managing litigation files. This experience allowed me to develop proficiency in analyzing complex legal documents, handling commercial disputes, and preparing precise, well-argued legal opinions.

Working within multidisciplinary teams has also strengthened my ability to demonstrate rigor, adaptability, and responsiveness in addressing the strategic legal challenges faced by businesses.

I am now eager to pursue this path by joining a dynamic organization where I can continue to enhance my skills, contribute effectively to the management of legal matters, and leverage both my analytical abilities and intercultural awareness.
