• Planification and modification of the Plant layout on AutoCAD.
• Acceptance of tools and machines.
• Optimization of production flow.
• Definition of Standard operating procedure (SOP).
• Analyzing project costs and preparing budgets.
• Creation of the specifications and Supplier consultations.
• Definition of Master Data parameters in SAP (BOM, Work center, Routing, Production version).
• Ensure the ordering and receiving the requirements of materials and external services (PR, PO, and reception).
• Participation in the FMEA process.
• Participation in Kaizen and cost reduction activities.
• Improvement the energy efficiency at Marelli Plant.
