Besides working with talented and creative chefs in the united states , I also have worked in a fast paced environment that allowed me to manage overwhelming stressful situations . 

My most relevant education was At Le Cordon bleu school of culinary Arts in Pasadena California . 

I graduated with an associate degree in Patisserie and Boulangerie .
