I worked at Marrakech Menara Airport, where I assisted passengers, handled inquiries, and ensured smooth service with a professional attitude. I also gained hands-on experience in hotel operations, including welcoming guests, taking orders, serving, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, my internship in customer service operations strengthened my skills in communication, multitasking, and problem-solving while working under pressure. I hold a Diploma in Hospitality and Customer Service from the Casablancais Centre of Applied Training, where I developed strong foundations in guest relations, front-of-house operations, and professional communication. I also completed a High School Degree in Physical Sciences and gained practical training through internships that allowed me to apply my skills in real hospitality and customer service environments.
