MFG & Process Technician with almost 3 years of experience and Specialized Technician Degree in Maintenance of Machines and Tools in Plastics Technology.
Supporting the process engineers in the implementation and further development of processes, performing sampling according to 53P application, cycle time reduction, reducing downtime, and scrap from 16% to 2% to meet quality goals and increase productivity.

• Ensure injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and connected automated systems are set to regulation parameters.
• Perform sampling of: new molds, transfer molds, engineering change, alternative material.
• Establish new process sheets and SOP run correctly with production personnel to ensure
molded parts meet the requirements.
• Creation Molding Folders, and Write the mold set up, changeovers, materially changing
processes, startup, and shutdown standards are met.
• Monitor, train, and coach all technical teams to ensure they are following proper procedures.
• Troubleshoot machines and molds and help locate issues communicating with tooling and
maintenance departments as needed.
• Ensure the daily meetings: Tool Shop, Quality focus, Process technical, ...
• Experience with hot runners, cold runners / sequential injection system; hydraulic and electric /
cavity pressure “Kistler”.
• Cycle time reduction and improvement “Lev 1, Lev 2”.
• Regrind use for all parts allowed, to save costs and protect our environment.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) objectives and
requirements.
