The Entrepreneurship Academy Lead is a key position within UM6P, responsible for driving the academy's strategic direction, overseeing educational programs, and fostering an entrepreneurial ecosystem among students and faculty.

The role requires a combination of entrepreneurial experience, academic insight, and leadership skills to cultivate a vibrant community of innovators and entrepreneurs.

• Develop and execute the academy's strategic plan in alignment with UM6P's goals.
• Innovate and implement cutting-edge entrepreneurial programs and initiatives.
• Evaluate and refine the effectiveness of entrepreneurship curricula and activities

• Design and oversee entrepreneurial courses, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to develop relevant and impactful content.
• Manage the logistics, budget, and resources of the academy

• Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, investors, and entrepreneurial networks.
• Organize networking events, speaker series, and mentorship opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative environment conducive to innovation and entrepreneurial spirit

• Advise and mentor students in developing their entrepreneurial ventures.
• Encourage faculty involvement in entrepreneurial education and research.
• Promote a culture of entrepreneurship across UM6P

• Represent the academy in university-wide initiatives and external engagements.
• Collaborate with other departments and institutions to enhance entrepreneurial education.
• Engage with the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem in Morocco and beyond

• Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Education or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, or in an academic setting with a focus on entrepreneurship.
• Strong track record in program development and leadership.
• Excellent networking skills with a wide range of stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Proficiency in French and Arabic; English is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
