The mission of the Entrepreneurship Learning Coordinators is to lead and facilitate impactful entrepreneurship learning sessions, integrating insights from external trainers, fostering a culture of continuous development among participants and staff, and ensuring the continuous improvement and relevance of the training programs.

• Coordinate entrepreneurship learning sessions within UM6P Dev's Entrepreneurship Academy.
• Facilitate knowledge integration from external trainers to enhance learning outcomes.
• Support the development of internal capabilities by fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
• Evaluate and refine learning sessions to ensure relevance and effectiveness

• Coordinate and organize entrepreneurship learning sessions within UM6P Dev's Entrepreneur Academy, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently.
• Develop, update, and deliver training materials and curricula in collaboration with industry and academic experts.
• Facilitate the integration of external trainers' knowledge into our programs to enhance learning outcomes.
• Train participants in key entrepreneurial skills, including ideation, business planning, market analysis, and funding strategies.
• Provide mentorship and support to participants, helping them refine their business ideas and navigate entrepreneurial challenges.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team, identifying training needs and opportunities for internal staff.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning sessions, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to improve quality and relevance.
• Maintain accurate records of learning sessions, participant attendance, and feedback, preparing regular reports on progress and outcomes.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including industry partners and alumni, to enrich the training programs

• Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in entrepreneurship training or education.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and supporting aspiring entrepreneurs.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs

• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and training tools.
