    Job Title

    NPI Procurement Manager

    Purpose of the JOB:

    • The job of the NPI Procurement Manager is a leading role to ensure for all the NPI "New Product Introduction" that procurement contributes effectively to the project and the sub-system's goals, while also aligning with the procurement objectives of the system.
    • This role involves developing and implementing a procurement strategy in compliance with quality, cost, and delivery commitments. The manager will coordinate sourcing activities, manage the procurement team, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
    • Additionally, the manager will monitor the project's financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings.

    Reporting to the Country Procurement Director & to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will include

    • developing and executing a procurement strategy that aligns with the Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) commitments,
    • Collaborating with the Procurement Platform Director to develop the Project Procurement Management Plan, ensuring the strategy's application across the procurement teams and SSMs, and collaborating with the Legal Department to define and implement specific legal requirements.
    • having to coordinate sourcing activities, consolidate and ensure performance and efficiency across the project, through managing buyers, organizing procurement launch meetings, agreeing on corrective measures, defining proper processes and tools, ensuring Business Award compliancy with project procurement strategy, escalating procurement risks,
    • reporting QCD performance for each respective sub-system, deploying electronic Parts Maturity Follow-Up (ePMFU) tool, and building a general overview for the PM,
    • following-up on the progress and ensure it is compliant with project objectives.

    Master the Material Work Package: costs, risks and ambition

    • Build the respective Sub-Systems Estimate at Completion and the project consolidation all WorkPachage (WP), and is accountable for the overall Project Sourcing Saving Assessment Project Register (SAPR) & Risk Assessment Project Register (RAPR) including claim to suppliers.
    • Define improvement plans with respective Sub-System & Component teams - Follow-up the progress and ensure the progress is compliant with Project objectives
    • Co-Validates with Sub-System Manager each gap vs Financial Project Review n° 0 (FPR0) (deviation sheet & bridge approval process)

    Specific Requirements

    • Master's degree in purchasing, procurement or equivalent (engineering, project management...)
    • A proven experience in similar leadership position within an international environment
