Job Title: Associate Investment Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Financial Institutions Group (FIG) as an Associate Investment Officer. This role will be based in Rabat, Morocco, and will report to the FIG Regional Industry Manager covering North Africa & Horn of Africa.

The successful candidate will provide key support in identification, appraisal, structuring and negotiation of financial sector investments. They will also handle disbursements, waivers and complex client interactions, monitor and value equity investments, and recommend/executes the sale of holdings.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the financial sector, preferably in an investment related function, audit, corporate banking and/or the private equity industry. They should have a good understanding of financial and operational characteristics of financial institutions, clear experience and expertise in identifying, evaluating, structuring and negotiating debt and equity transactions, and sound business judgment and strong problem solving/negotiation skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
