We're Hiring: Outbound Sales Agent (Dutch Speaking)
We are looking for a confident and goal-oriented Outbound Sales Agent to join our team representing a leading European energy provider. In this role, you'll handle full sales conversations—from the first contact to closing the deal—without relying on scripts. With strong training and modern tools, you'll conduct sales conversations perfectly tailored to the Belgian market.
Location: Tangier, Morocco
Work Mode: Office-based
Role: Outbound Sales Agent (Dutch Speaking)
What You'll Do:
Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and email
Conduct trust-building sales conversations, handling introductions, objections, and deal closures
Build strong customer relationships and promote the brand positively
Answer client questions professionally in Dutch and adapt to Belgian consumer expectations
Maintain accurate client information in the CRM
Contribute to team and personal sales targets
Build product knowledge through training and apply it in your sales conversations
What We're Looking For:
Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (no formal education required)
Commercial, customer-focused, and eager to learn, with strong presentation and persuasion skills
Empathetic, communicative, and familiar with Belgian consumer behavior
Accurate, independent, flexible, and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
