Job summary
We currently have an opportunity for a Chef de partie to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco. Reporting into our chef, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders ensuring consistent quality following recipe cards as well as production, portion and presentation standards, completing mis en place and setting up stations for service, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, dating all food containers and rotating as per policy, ensuring all perishables are kept at proper temperatures, checking pars, determining necessary preparation, assisting in setting up plans and actions to control food waste, developing and mentoring the team and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence consistently.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders ensuring consistent quality following recipe cards as well as production, portion and presentation standards
- Completing mis en place and setting up stations for service
- Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
- Dating all food containers and rotating as per policy
- Ensuring all perishables are kept at proper temperatures

- Developing and mentoring the team

Qualifications
- Culinary and supervisory experience in luxury resorts
- Ability to provide guidance to others
- Fluency in French, Arabic and English
- Eligibility to work in Morocco
