- Analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Evaluate workflows, identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to improve productivity and quality.
- Conduct process audits and develop standard operating procedures.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles in acordance with Magna's Operational Improvement & Lean Manufacturing system (MAFACT)
- Analyzing and proposing ways to extend the lifespan of machines (optimization) with cost minimization.
- Bachelor's degree / Engineering degree in industrialization engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in automotive industry
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies and ability to analyse data
- Proven know-how in process design improvements expertise
- Sold knowledge of automotive standard requirements (IATF 16949)
- Fluent in English
- Proven Know how in manufacturing process in TRIM for automotive industry
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams

About the Role
In his role, the Process Engineer is responsible for the optimization and improvement of the efficiency of Magna Seating Tanger's manufacturing and industrial processes. He/she ensures the smooth functioning of production lines, develop new techniques, modify existing designs and coordinates process improvement projects.
