Job Description

• • Manages and supervises the product Section org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads initiatives with regard to product Section
• Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
• Manages and supervises multiple org units within product Section
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Qualifications and Experience

• Level of Education: Engineer or Master Degree
• Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
• Experience : A minimum of 7 years in a leadership position in the automotive industry is mandatory
• Language : English and French are mandatory
• Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
