- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about shipping, tracking, and delivery status.
- Managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns, and issues related to logistics, such as delayed shipments or damaged goods.
- Collaborating with warehouse, transportation, and inventory teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely delivery.
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their shipments, including tracking information and estimated delivery dates.
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer records, including contact information, order history, and special instructions.
- A Bachelor or Masters degree majoring in material management or logistics is preferred
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in a similar position in automotive industry
- A professional qualification in materials management (e.g. APICS) is preferred
- Fluent in English and French (other languages an advantage)
- Teamwork ability.
- Proven Know how in manufacturing process in TRIM for automotive industry
- Excellent experience of Microsoft tools (advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and preferably knowledge of databases e.g. Access
- Flexible and results oriented
- Self-initiative and proactivity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
