- Develop Business Plan and financial Forecast with the management to record and improve financial performance of the division.
- Implement key indicators to determine relevance to business plan and financial forecast.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting requirements, trends and forecasting in production environment.
- Actively support the implementation and tracking of all cost reduction programs.
- Communicate with Management, Production, Engineering, and Quality regarding financial concerns.
- Support the annual examination with internal and/or external Auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in controlling,accounting
- More than 03 years' of professional experience in various finance and controlling functions
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
- Advanced degree in Accounting
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Fluent English & French
- Self-motivated person, stress resistant
- Good communication & planification skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skill
