    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
    Administrative Assistant & Lead Manager
    to join our real estate sales advisory team. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations within the agency, combining administrative support with the crucial responsibility of managing and qualifying incoming sales leads. The successful candidate will play a key part in optimizing efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and supporting the agency's growth.

    Responsibilities

    Administrative Support

    • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Managing Director and sales team.
    • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel arrangements.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and client communications.
    • Maintain organized filing systems for property documents, contracts, and compliance.

    Lead Management & Sales Coordination

    • Register, qualify, and categorize all incoming leads from multiple channels (portals, social media, walk-ins, campaigns, referrals).
    • Assign leads to agents based on specialization, region, and portfolio.
    • Monitor progress of leads through the pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
    • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system, producing regular reports on lead status and conversion.
    • Support client communication to ensure a professional and seamless customer experience.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
    • up to 2 years of experience in administration, sales support, or customer service; real estate experience is an advantage.
    • knowledge of CRM platforms (Apimo, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
    • Proactive, client-focused, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
