The Foundever Group is recruiting customer service advisors for its site based at Arribat Center, to handle inbound calls on behalf of a leader in the design and marketing of advanced devices dedicated to monitoring the blood glucose levels of diabetic patients.
Your main objective will be to deliver excellent service in all situations (questions, complaints, requests for advice and support; level 1 technical support).
As customer service is the backbone of the company, you will play a crucial and vital role in promoting the brand and its image through effective support and satisfaction of users and patients.
