About the Role:

For our HQ in Casablanca we are looking for an HR manager. In this role you will be the HR responsible for all the North Africa cluster. The perimeter includes 2 Business units (Morocco, Egypt) and the North African countries managed with Indirect RtM.

The position consists in HR at 360 degrees, being responsible for the deployment of the main Group processes, manage the HR administration, workplace management, talent, learning, budgeting and day to day HR topics.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role you will be the point of reference for all HR and workplace management related topics. You will participate to the country boards and support in strategic decision making, acting as HR business partner, supporting the business, always in compliance with Group guidelines, local regulations and policies.

You will have the opportunity to interact with the different functions keeping in mind the common objectives.

As HR NAF you will deploy and drive the main group processes such as Performance Evaluation, Salary Review, Management review, Workforce planning, budgeting the different Natures of SG&A and performing a smart workforce/budget planning in alignment with the guidelines.

Of course, you'll lead the recruitment process, perform interviews and advise the internal clients during your intake meetings, and progress with local employer branding activities to increase Ferrero brand equity as employer.

Furthermore, you will support the development of the employees with talent management related activities and you will be responsible for the deployment of trainings, leveraging the training catalogue of the Group, blending it with the local needs, to upskill and develop all the employees without forgetting to engage and motivate the workforce with specific initiatives in alignment with the stakeholders.

Part of the job is also to handle local labor law topics and deploy proper communication campaigns on the main processes or ad hoc topics/projects

You will supervise the external payroll provider and guarantee compliance and governance in accordance with local regulations and company rules.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring a master's degree in business or related and 9-13 yearsof experience in HR with a mix of specialist HR roles (e.g. HR administration, Reward, Talent) and/or generalist roles (HRBP, HR manager) in FMCG. Previous experience in a matrix organization and managing a team will help you meet your objectives faster.

You have knowledge of the main HR streams and you are knowledgeable about payroll, reward and local labor law.

Employment best practices and main principles of governance and compliance are your bread and butter, togheter with a strong sensitivity to H&S topics.

Of course you are curious and willing to learn and improve constantly in a growing organization and able to navigate through complexity and in a matrix organization.

This role also demands a proactive attitude, and being results-oriented, able to balance and execute on many initiatives in parallel.

Last but not least, you have a strong knowledge of MS Office, with a focus on Excel and Power Point.

The position requires fluent english, french and arabic.
