- Gérer la relation des clients affectés à son portefeuille ;
- Aider à la signature de contrat à forte valeur ;
- Capter de nouveaux clients à fort potentiel ;
- Fidéliser et renouveler le portefeuille clients affecté ;
- Tenir des réunions avec la Direction Générale pour analyser les portefeuilles clients et évaluer les opportunités ;
- Accompagner le Responsable d'équipe aux visites clients pour augmenter le montant de la vente : préparation, réalisation, suivi et après-vente ;
- Rédiger des devis et suivre les paiements des prestations des clients de son portefeuille ;
- Faire un reporting quotidien des actions menées pour les opportunités détectées sur le CMS ;
- Rédiger des briefs validés sur la base des besoins clients de son portefeuille ;
- Suivre les clients ciblés pour atteindre les objectifs d'augmentation de revenus en coordination avec la Direction Générale ;
- Coordonner les activités « renewal » et « pending » des opportunités business développement ;
- Consolider et suivre les réclamations clients, business développement : technique, souscription marketing etc.
