As an aspiring Health and Social Care Worker, I hold
a Level 3 Health and Social Care certification and I
am currently enrolled in a Level 5 course. Dedicated
to providing compassionate support to individuals in
need, I am proficient in active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication.
I am adept at collaborating with diverse teams and
am committed to upholding the dignity and well-being of clients. My ongoing education, combined
with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the
lives of those in need, positions me well for a
rewarding career in this field.

Over the last few months, I've been diving into different professional experiences, each with its own unique flavor. First up, I was a customer advisor for Sitel Group, handling UK clients and rocking the support game for the Vauxhall brand. Those three months were a crash course in communication and the ins and outs of the automotive scene.

Then, I took a detour into the gaming world with 5CA, a cool outsourcing company. I got to be a gaming support agent, specifically for the Epic Games project, and it was a wild ride for two months. Dealing with everything from player issues to tech glitches, I really got to flex my problem-solving muscles. These gigs weren't just jobs; they were a front-row seat to two totally different industries, helping me build a skill set that's as adaptable as it gets. Here's to the hustle and the lessons that came with it!

So, back in 2019, I waved goodbye to high school with a diploma in biology. But life's all about twists and turns, right? So, for the next two years, I jumped into the IT world. Fast forward to now, and I've switched gears again. This year, I've been knee-deep in Health & Social Care studies, tackling diplomas at both Level 3 and Level 5. It's been a ride, let me tell you. And it's not just the formal stuff—I've also taken a bunch of cool courses, like Basic First Aid Awareness, Incident Management 101, Bed Rail Safety, Mental Health Resilience Building, Dementia Level 1, Diabetes Awareness, and how to work with people going through some tough times. So, yeah, I'm on this learning adventure, trying to soak up everything I can in IT and healthcare. Life's a journey, and I'm just rolling with it!
