    Rattaché(e) au Financial Manager, vous aurez comme mission la gestion de l'administration des ventes à travers : La vérification des contrats (coordonnées client / date de signature / signatures des parties / cachet / clause minimum ;En cas d'anomalies, créer un ticket "Suivi de contrat" sur l'opportunité pour demander au commercial de corriger le contrat ;Valider la cohérence des informations concernant les opportunités sur Salesforces avec les clauses contractuelles ;Clonage des opportunités à la demande des consultants avec validation du manager // Mise à jour des dates de validation après clonage du manager;Création de supports (contrats non attachés ou non signés, matrice incomplète pour IPBOX, informations inexactes) et suivis associés ;Négociations avec les commerciaux pour modifier des contrats ou des informations dans Salesforce;Gestion des courriers (scanning), etc. Première expérience concluante dans un poste administratif ou backoffice;Maîtrise parfaite du français et anglais professionnel;Qualité de traitement et de contrôle;Une licence en sciences de gestion;Aisance communicationnelle;Notions comptables et fiscales;Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
