    Nous recrutons pour notre client, une société multinationale opérant dans le secteur de fabrication et commercialisation des unités et système de climatisation et ventilation, un Engineering Manager H/F en CDI à Tanger.

    Missions principales :

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'amélioration des activités pour les lignes de production
  • Coordonner et gérer les principaux projets d'amélioration / de changement de processus
  • Mettre en œuvre tous les processus standard de la société
  • Communiquer avec les partenaires commerciaux et les parties prenantes dans le cadre de projets et d'initiatives d'amélioration
  • Faire des recommandations de changements, de nouveaux plans, processus et technologies pour le développement de l'activité
  • Garantir une utilisation efficace des ressources en optimisant les coûts
  • S'assurer que la documentation du processus est exacte et ordonnée avec les procédures opératoires normalisées - conformes à la norme de production
  • Gérer la qualité des produits en fonction des spécifications de chaque client (hôpital, médecine, environnements communs, etc.)
  • Assurer la formation continue, le développement de son équipe
  • Établir des critères mesurables pour s'assurer que les résultats souhaités sont obtenus
  • Définir et mettre en place KPI de son département
  • Aligner les objectifs du processus sur les principales initiatives / responsabilités de l'entreprise
  • Représenter l'unité dans tous les développements de produits pour le marché et dans les conférences de groupe internes
  • Saisir sur le ERP les informations nécessaires
  • Veille aux conditions de travail et à la sécurité de son équipe.
