    Je ontvangt oproepen op een vriendelijke en professionele manier.Je opent of volgt incidenttickets in de helpdeskdatabase door de aard van het incident en de prioriteit te kwalificeren.Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van alle benodigde informatie om met het incident om te gaan (contact, betrokken apparatuur, foutmelding, enz.).Je stelt diagnoses voor storingen om op jouw niveau te behandelen of wijst ze toe aan de betreffende afdelingen. - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een helpdesk- of gebruikerondersteuningsrol.Je kunt in een teamomgeving werken en bent in staat om in een snel veranderende omgeving te werken.Je kunt in een teamomgeving werken met een hoge mate van autonomie, nauwkeurigheid, organisatie en respect voor procedures. Je luistervaardigheid, kalmte en pedagogische vaardigheden worden zeer gewaardeerd voor deze functie in contact met gebruikers. - Onbepaalde tijd contract (CDI) + CNSS + particuliere ziektekostenverzekeringAangename werkomgevingTalrijke IT-trainingscursussenToename van vaardigheden richting N2-taken + ontwikkeling
