We are looking for a new Business Development Executive to work with us in one of our facilities that's based in Tangier, a candidate that have a previous experience in this field not less than 2 years and that have the academic background in Business Development or a similar major,Tasks Summary and Responsibilities:Main Responsibilities
Bring new accounts, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in collaboration with the Business Development Director, Branch Managers and Consultants
Be aware of all products and services offered by the Group and sister companies
To review Client performance against weekly and monthly expectations
Create business proposals and agreements to the benefit of both the company and the client
Update the CRM with business development activities and communicate key outcomes with the Senior Managers and Directors
Carry out in person client visits as needed to grow and maintain business
Guide and support new Recruitment Consultants and Colleagues as required
Identify development opportunities within area
Provide reports to Directors as and when required
Maintain strong business relationships with existing Clients as well as new
Ability to match client's business requirements with product capabilities
Ability to make right decisions based on strong analytical reasoning skills
Excellent interpersonal skills that build positive relationships internally and externally
