    About Our Client

    Notre client est un groupe international spécialisé dans les services aux entreprises ( BTP et Industrie).

    Job Description

    En tant que Country manager, vous serez le responsable de l'organisation des différents sites, de la gestion, de la motivation et de la supervision des différents départements afin d'assurer la rentabilité de l'entreprise et d'atteindre les objectifs de vente en augmentant l'activité commerciale dans le pays. Dans ce cadre, vos principales responsabilités seront:

    - L'élaboration du budget annuel en collaboration avec le siège en Europe, en étant responsable du compte de résultats et des données financières à communiquer régulièrement.

    - De la coordination et gestion de toutes les opérations dans le pays telles que les opérations techniques, logistiques et commerciales, afin de garantir le meilleur service possible au client final.

    - De la participation à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de vente et de développement dans le pays.

    - De la gestion et supervision de l'équipe de vente afin d'identifier et de mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques dans le département des ventes, en veillant à la performance des personnes.

    - De l'analyse et identification des opportunités de marché dans différentes zones géographiques du pays, et dans un large éventail d'activités , construction, industrie, ..., en mettant l'accent sur le développement des affaires.

    - De l'établissement de la politique de tarification et des conditions de vente basées sur la rentabilité de l'entreprise, en augmentant le nombre de projets à forte valeur ajoutée.

    - Enfin vous serez en charge du suivi de la gestion des créances.

    The Successful Applicant

    Le candidat doit être titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire BAC +4/5 en Commerce, Marketing, management , école d'ingénieur ou équivalent.

    Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans des postes de direction opérationnelle et de vente avec un engagement élevé en terme de normes de service à la clientèle.

    Compréhension solide des indicateurs clés de performance de l'entreprise et des documents financiers.

    Excellentes compétences analytiques et organisationnelles, capacité à diriger et à motiver des équipes larges.

    Initiative et créativité pour fournir des solutions innovantes.

    Bonne connaissance du tissu économique local.
